Come prepared to ask your most pressing employment law questions as they relate to Mental Health and Human Rights in the Workplace.\n \nParticipants will learn about\n\nCOVID and its effect on mental health and employee expectations – what employers may face coming out of COVID with their workforce.\nHuman Rights Code – including disability\, sex\, race\, colour\, language\, religion\, political\, etc. How to ensure your workplace is compliant and set up for success.\nThe Duty to Accommodate – the goal of accommodation is to ensure that an employee who is able to work\, can do so\, without causing the employer undue hardship.
