Participants will learn about
- COVID and its effect on mental health and employee expectations – what employers may face coming out of COVID with their workforce.
- Human Rights Code – including disability, sex, race, colour, language, religion, political, etc. How to ensure your workplace is compliant and set up for success.
- The Duty to Accommodate – the goal of accommodation is to ensure that an employee who is able to work, can do so, without causing the employer undue hardship. What does it mean and what must an employer do?
